My name is Wayne O’Donoghue, and I’m the owner of 1st Class Gutters. I’ve been in the construction business for 20 years, and during that time I came to realize there just weren’t a lot of high-quality gutter installers out there. Nobody seemed to care about quality or service. That’s why in 2004 I launched 1st Class Gutters – to offer homeowners the kind of service and quality that they haven’t experienced before.






At 1st Class Gutters, we believe in doing the job right the first time. Our customers deal directly with me, the owner, to decide the details of the gutter installation. Then, I go over those details with the installer before the job and then review the job personally to make sure everything went as planned. Every single job is inspected personally by me.

This is a far different process than most gutter companies use. Many are so busy rushing through jobs with their many crews that quality and service take a back seat. Sometimes, customers never even meet the owner. And sometimes, they never see the crews again even if the job wasn’t done correctly.

That goes against everything that 1st Class Gutters stands for. We aren’t simply trying to shove out that next job. We’re trying to make sure every customer is 100 percent satisfied. Knowing that a satisfied customer will tell friends and family about the service and quality of their job is much more important to me than mass production.
